What is a Coach? Wasn’t sure I needed one. Then I met Claire and felt comfortable around her so I gave Coaching a chance. It’s been a great blessing. I was doubtful that changing my old habits of not exercising and not eating the best would do much good but my doctor said I better start or else I’d have another heart attack.
