As an Italian-American, I embrace the Italian philosophy of
la dolce vita—the art of living well. Living well is what "wellness" is all about. In today’s hustle-bustle world, slowing down to enjoy life, as the Italians practice, and slow aging go hand in hand. So I've created a holistic approach to wellness that does just that—helps you age more slowly. My method balances the 6 Essential Pillars of Wellness while integrating principles from the science-backed Mediterranean lifestyle that not only boosts your immunity but will surely increase your happiness. The proven result is healthy, vibrant, longer living. My unique framework is called The Slow-Aging Method.
