Around your early 40s, your body begins to tell you that you’re not as young as you once were. You realize that you can’t easily do what you did in your 30s and 20s. Like stay up and party on weekends and eat and drink anything you want. Things have changed since then!

At Ageless Aging Coaching, I believe aging well is an opportunity to thrive, grow and live vibrantly.

You have almost no time to relax. There’s always so much to get done. You notice sometimes you’re short-tempered at home.

Stronger Body

The muscles in your arms and legs are stronger, and your body can adapt to the task its asked to do (such as carry grocery bags or boxes). You recover more quickly and you’ve got the stamina to power through your day. You can walk 6,000-10,000 steps per day and feel energized.
