I grew up in an Italian-American home where food was fresh, simple, and seasonal — and our lifestyle was Mediterranean. Decades later, that way of living still shapes everything I do.

With over 30 years of hands-on experience in fitness and nutrition (and a well-earned reputation as an pretty good Italian cook!), I’ve long been a self-declared “health nut” — but one who believes enjoyment and "nourishing" can absolutely share the same table.

I became a certified wellness coach to share the lifestyle that I'm passionate about — one based on flavor and nutrition, movement, rest, happiness, and social connections.
